Just got the message from Igor. He is already in Maputo. All equipment and antennas in luggage has been arrived. For today only 18/24 MHz activity because of Igors birthday (by the way HB2U old man!!!) “Hope to be in the air very shortly…Igor, C91LW”.

Today I've finished to pack the equipment to my luggage. I am taking off tomorrow from Kiev at 17:45, and landing in Maputo next morning at 10:40 local time. If my luggage is not missed, I'll start to operate on Nov., 13 on 18 and 24 MHz, and from the evening of Nov.14 on other bands.

Kharkov university contest club UT7L will be very proud to support the operation from Maputo, Mozambique starting on November 13, 2009 till December 3, 2009 with C91LW call sign (issued to Igor, UY5LW). Activity will be on 80-12 meters, mostly CW with some RTTY, PSK activity. Also CQ WW CW entrance as SO AB CW HP… Activity on 160 depend upon the situation, any skeds are welcome to uy5lw(@)ukr.net .
